If you think back to your last visit to a trade fair or festival wherevarious exhibitors and brands presented their products: Were there at least one of the following situations:
 
  • Crowdedstand: You wanted to find out more, but the exhibitor was literally overrun, so you left uninformed.
  • Unclear: You don’t know exactly what the exhibiting company does. But you don’t want to ask either.
  • Shyness: You’re actually really interested in the product or service, but you’re quite introverted and prefer to just look from a distance becauseyou can’t think of a good question to open the conversation.
  • Tightschedule: You’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily want to beapproached by stand personnel. It would be great if you could getsome information from a distance.
